Since we all have different life styles and circumstances every move out is different depending on how you maintain your living space! For example lets say you have three large dogs and a family who works and has no time for cleaning, the walls look filthy, hair is everywhere, the fridge, oven, washer ,dryer, vents covered, baseboards matching the rest of this description, plus you have been living there for years! For a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home or apartment it may take up to 16 man hours or two people 8 hours!
The same property if the cleanliness scale was a average 5 normally will take around 6 or 7 man hours.
If this same home cleanliness scale was at 3 this home could be finished in 3 to 4 man hours.
